Inclement Weather Cancellations:
What are the factors that determine the studio being closed for weather conditions?
When determining to close the studio due to weather, we rely on the conditions around 2:00pm and what the weather report is for the remaining evening. We also take into account that many of our teachers travel quite a distance and we try to predict the weather for their travel at the end of the evening. We do our very best to make the right decision for everyone.

Inclement Weather Cancellations:
- All class cancellations due to weather will be posted on the studio answering machine and the CDC Facebook page.
- Please call the studio one hour prior to your child’s class time, or check our Facebook page regarding class cancellations.

General Studio Policies
- CDC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Parking is available to the right or left of the building.
- SATURDAY CLASSES: PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE SIDE NEAR THE DINER
- Parent observation will be allowed throughout the year via our two way viewing windows.
- FAMILY OBSERVATION WEEK: MONDAY, DECEMBER 2ND - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7TH
- Children not in class must be supervised by their parent/guardian while in the waiting area or any of the hallways.
- PLEASE NO CLIMBING ON ANY GYM EQUIPMENT
Payments & Tuition Policy
Tuition Payments
Registration & Fees
- Tuition is billed monthly based on the amount of classes and their length.
- Fees remain the same regardless of holidays, studio closures, or missed classes.
- Tuition secures your dancer’s spot in their class, non payment may result in suspension of classes or performances.
- Our tuition pricing can be found on the last page of the class schedule.
- Tuition payments are due by the 15th of each month.
- A late fee of $25 is added to your account for any late tuition payments.
- Returned or declined checks may incur an additional processing fee.

Registration & Fees
- A $35 registration fee is due upon enrollment.
- If your dancer wishes to participate in our recital at the end of the season, you will also owe your recital costume fee upon registration. Costume fees range from $85-$100.
- No refunds for missed classes.
- Your dancer is welcome to do a make-up class within 2 weeks of a missed class, but it is not required. Make-up classes can be done in any class within their level or below. Make-up classes may not be done in a higher level. Scheduling is not necessary, please just check in with the front desk and let them know you are doing a make-up class upon arrival.
- Dancers may take one free trial class of any class/style.
- You must fill out the registration form in order to take a trial class.
- Trial classes are free, but a $35 registration is require in order to hold a spot in the desired class.
- Enrollment must be confirmed within 14 days of your trial class.
- Once enrolled, your recital costume fee and first months tuition must be paid.
- If enrollment is not confirmed within the stated timeframe, your dancer will be dropped from the class.
- If you wish to drop a class, please inform the front desk as soon as possible.
- Recital costume refunds cannot be issued after November 1st.
- Registration fees are non refundable, unless you are doing a trial class and do not wish to fully enroll.
- Sibling discount: 10% off
- No discounts apply to registration or costumes.
